Because most of times when i back up any mkt phone using chinese miracle It is File v.02... For example here is log for my phone back up file when loaded as firmware Loading file v.02... HX696_F4B4_HW.JXJ696_SM5_NS5_V4_9QTEST--090918__fullflash_20100213-151022.B0M.bin loaded usb bootloader (file) is absent rom info ver: 04 sw version: HX696_F4B4_HW.JXJ696_SM5_NS5_V4_9QTEST--090918.BIN project-id: JXJ696_SM5_NS5_V4.9QTEST, 00000000 code offset: 00000000 ffs offset/size [01]: 00E00000/00200000 rom info structure: 2nd [standard] generation TCL-ID is absent and here is LOG for the file taken from support site Loading file v.04... HX696_F4B4_HW.N696_AR5_V4_9OTEST--081120__Nokia-N96-RM-245_16m_En_Ru_Fr_Id_Ar.B0M.bin loaded usb bootloader (file) is absent rom info ver: 04 sw version: HX696_F4B4_HW.N696_AR5_V4_9OTEST--081120.BIN project-id: N696_AR5_V4.9OTEST, 00000000 code offset: 00000000 ffs offset/size [01]: 00E00000/00200000 rom info structure: 2nd [standard] generation TCL-ID is absent as i noticed when the file version read with chinese miracle is v.02... there is no chance (to get phone working ) with V.04...firmware can some one pls give details on this issue Thanks |

Member: 148515 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 19,534 | hello! V.04 is for all new support area files. any version (02, 04) is readable by latest Chinese Miracle module. no need to worry about this |
