hello!
always if you worry about white screen or else-
read full backup before any operation.
while reading you will see current phone version-
try to find same version on support or near it.

As far as know, most V170 tracfone nowadays are locked like rock, same to C139 tracfone...

first, did u solve already "WHITE SCREEN" ?

second, you must first solve " WHITE SCREEN " before UNLOCK.

UNLOCKING ? ( SOLUTION )

JUST unlock it, that's all.
