I have one c 168 Unauthorised phone. its provelem when say Press and hold power button it not work properly i mean after pressing power swithch it open. My cable is ok. I also test cable set same model. Now i need to another way to link phone with box and repair the phone pls help me.

Hello,

If phone has "Unauthorized" problem I think that it's due to software damage. If so this means that phone can be connected by software.
Try to double check cable and phone connector.

Do you know what operator this phone was locked (if it was locked) ?
Do you see any operator logo ?

yes sir this is software problem. I think its phone connector line is damage. So if possible get me a picture of rx tx. so that i can do the job. No this phone was not locked.
