what problem with your phone? have you tried to solve it by format FFS/IMEIrestore?
leave flashing to last thing to do

Phone is dead now when i format i forgot to backup firmware what should i do now i can't find it in support plz help me

try to flash with one of these:

this is cloeset what we have
