Dear Infinity Team...

I tred to flash the phone for that I don't have flash file of Alfatel H1A &H5A

in support I can't find...Please help me to find this..

I don't know the ver. Because it is dead set...

So how can see the ver Sir. also i know the model only which can be found in the label.

Hi,

did you tried to open phone and find any text marks at PCB ?
it may be that part of firmware version (information about hardware) is written at PCB.
