after flashing with the file which is on supprt area for Cyber shotP999 phone became power on but no lcd
plz post any good working back up

Hello,
You can try to use flash files from other model but with similar firmware version name.

i read full flsah from working P999 during reading of eprom there is warning abt starting address of the eeprom i wrote this file to my phone but problem still same

i think marked red text is the firmware version. If i m right then in infinity support area there is file CM_Suny-ericssom-Cyber-shot-P999_F420M02_PCB01_GPRS_MT6226_S01.M_RF4200226_M01001_V1_0_0_1M0328_16m_En_Cn.B0M.bin
marked red is diffrent

hello sami_777!

solution for this problem is flashing back to phone backup (if you made it) or search for phone with exactly same software version and read out flash.
after this write this flash to your dead phone and it will be repaired.
