Hello. There has been explained - secure phones almost not supported for FW read procedure, because of this. Flash factory signed FW.

problem solve .. flash by SPD Upgrade Tool same file (which was read by cm2spd )

If you test flash ic status via spd tool you will get msg flash ic damage .. are you done with original tool?
