Help, BenQ siemens E 61 restart problem ! - GSM-Forum

I have BenQ Siemen E 61, when i use it for play mp3, it play for 1-2 minute's then the phone will restart. I already flash the phone, but still the same. Please help me to solve this problem ! Thanks !

Hello,

Did you tried to flash phone with another version files set ?

Yes sir, i already tried to flash with version 122, 124 n 128. The owner already take the phone, but i already told him, i wil try again. I already download from support site for version 140, hope this version will be solve the problem. Thanks for the reply sir.
