That phone only work with CM2 V1.40

Answer is : PHONE is Secured & Very Old Emmc.CM2 STOPPED support for old Mtk phones.
You can also check MT6575/MT6577 Reading Flash you can get this "Too old device,Fw Reading not supported!"

you must login to IOS with username that has access to Infinity-Box/Dongle support area.

The only username I got is from BEST software , the username is 03A8449672 and when I log in I have only BEST support. Where can I find my infinity username. Thanks!

You must use infinity cm2 dongle or activate cm2 on your infinity best dongle....

Your [BEST] Dongle 03A8449672 has no Infinity-Box/Dongle activation so you can access only [BEST] support area.
If you want to get access to Infinity-Box/Dongle support area you should activate "Infinity-Box/Dongle" for your [BEST].
