we dont have exactly this flash file, but can advice similars to try.
please tell us your phone problemm and operations which you already performed.
what is result of Format FFS/IMEI restore?

PHONE IS COMING TO ME DEAD CONDITION AND AFTER FORMAT FFS NOT REPAIRED .
I HAVE TRYING WITH FLASH FROM SUPPORT AREA (I HAVE FOUND 2 FULLFLASH ) PHONE IS ON BUT PROBLEM ON LCD COULOUR IS SO BRIGHT AND NOTHING APPEAR .
WHEN I'M TRYING TO FLASH PHONE I HAVE THIS MESSAGE :
New firmware detected (v.3.00, database date: 20.11.2009):
R370M00_PCB01_GPRS_MT6225_S00.N_V560_Y30M10_0278_0 8A0812M_1_4D090731C01.BIN

This firmware is missing in support area. If this phone is good and working:

- make "Read full flash" operation
- send flash backup files to support: [email protected] or upload files to http://rapidshare.com or http://4shared.com
- include in your e-mail full text from phone back label (phone name etc.)

Did you tried to flash phone with another similar firmware ?
