helloo support team , i have g'five u616 dead condition & i have tested flash file for this modal allready. but when i full flash its not power on. i wana fully flash {whole flash erase} erase & than flash but not sucsessfull

. plz help support team

Try to change baud rate.

brother i allready do this process {change budrates } but problem same still.

check phone shortage and use full charged battery instead of using box supply to phone.
If no success then check hardware.
