i have read and do all needed with new infinity box that comes www.infinityprobox.com
but i can't see the smart card and the smart card reader .
i have not understand i have contact my reseller but he say me wait i will contact support .
i would understand if that box come with dongle or come with card reader inside .

1) Download User manual from http://www.infinity-box.com/download...p?id_file=3060
It is specialy designed for new customers and will give you step by step guide on how to install your box

2) If you still have the same problem , post here the screen shots of the software when you open it

hello!

i think you have smart card inside box.
please read instalation manual and follow it.
