add the 2.18a.exe to exclusions and change the rule on your trend and be sure that this file don't contain any virus

thnx for ur attention.

Dear team

first of all i want to let u know that i am using trend micro which is not a non proffesional av, this is a pc cillin's product.
after that, i can understand that this problem is due to ur activity of encrpyption of exe for preventing them to be cracked but why the another module is not detected are they not protected?
only pana.exe and siem.exe is detected is that means only that module is encrypted by u?
and other modules are not encrypted?
i dont blame u but giving just a suggestion that if another module are also encrypted and they are not detected by any av then why dont u encrpypt pana.exe and siem.exe modules in same way as u protect other module so that they wud also not detect as a threat.
it may be useful to most of the infinity users who are using cracked av, and we all knows that 8 out of 10 pc users among us are using cracked av and 5 out of them 8 havnt internet connection to update thier virus definations.

finaly, we all knows that infinity is best for service and support hence i can expect that u will consider my views.

Thanx.

Hello,

As you know, Infinity-Box project was started 5 (five) years ago.
We make software improvements almost every day, and of course, we change protection methods from time to time too, so it may be that different software modules has different protection/encryption types (some modules was created long time ago, some modules was newer).
