i have same problem yesterday i buy activation with one year support but not update my box yet please help me.


my box seriol no is 47F379B6

when i update my box then show that error,

i have paid for renew just two days ago but my card is not updating i did with Unlock hardware and software, repair and flash tools, spare parts and cables for cell phones servicing - GsmServer

First make sure your reseller have added credits to your IOS account before upgrading.
