HI TEAM PLZ CHECK WHY I CAN NOT CONNECT THIS PHONE IT HAS USER CODE I OPEN THE PHONE THE PHONE AND RESOLDER RX TX PIN AND CONNECT WITH INFINITY BUT WHEN I TRY TO FORMAT NOTHING WORKS WHAT TO DO?

as i see on picture your phone has Spreadtrum CPU which is not supported by our software
