Do you know what is this phone CPU chip name ?

i dnt know how to see the phone cpu chip name..
but i get this error in many other phone also..
the model for which i show the log is n98 nokia china phone..
even i am not able to find in 6300 china phone ..
rx tx with the help of pin finder..
