1. charge battery with external power supply or with other phone
2. flash phone with any firmware from support area
3. test phone
4. if phone works not good, flash it with other firmware from support area

baterry full
external power 4,5v / 5v - same problem
only errors after 2% , 5% ,.... max 15% write flash

I think you have a reason to check phone hardware.
