An opinion about support access :team please read

first i want so say that everyone need money infinity team also need money to maintain support server and update.
But it is not fair that someone access support free for 6,7 years and someone less than 2 year!
There are other way to make money ,you can make new software for new sprade,master and coolsand cpu,we like to buy infinity's
soln for these cpus.
Other thing is that 40 us dollar per year is too large for me,i work in a small town i fairly telling that i hardly
earn 20-30 $ per year using infinity,you can verify this my user id is a18f:0116.you can see that less than 30 flash file i
have download in 20 month other thing i download is update and other thing.

So this is not fair that every user pay same money.some body make 10,000 per month from infinity
somebody 1,000 per month and some body 200-300 per month using infinity.
it would be much fair if you charge money upon use of infinity box.
At last i request you to reduce the price so that at least small user can continue to use infinity,
please do not say ,if you do not want do not activate your account because we love to use infinity.
please reduce the price for small user like me.

yes reduce price because you are not supporting new chinese chipsets and also not supporting new zte and huawei sets for sp unlock then there is no reason for such price for support and also make usage polacy because some users are using support from 5 years and some are using from a year or less so there should be a diffrence new users also should be faciliated .

your box A18xxxxx9 version 1.16 is too old. Most of updates require ver 1.18
please upgrade your box

i upgraded my box today ,thanks.

but what about support access ?
You need money for upgrade work it is ok,we do not have any problem
to pay but


1)money you asking is too high for small user,it should be reduced.

2)who do not need update and do not want to pay ,don't give them
update but no one should be restricted from downloading flash file from support

n.b-it is my personal opinion .every one invited to give there opinion.

Please infinity team give us atleast limited access to flash file section.

Please infinity team active access support site to download flash file for your old box owner . 20 file in 24 hour. Your 1 year supporting rs. Is very high.
