Oppo a37 after user lock reset hang on oppo logo - GSM-Forum

hello everyone i did reset user lock on oppo a37f i want to save data but after user lock reset with cm2 phone hang on oppo logo i did many time restart phone by pressing power key for loong time but still phone hang on logo i waited for 30 minuts but still hang on logo
Operation : Reset UserLocks [ v1.16 ]

1. Power Off Phone , Remove battery , Insert back
2. PRESS and HOLD BOTH VOLUME KEYS!
3. Insert USB cable. In some cases require use EDL cable or TP to force EDL mode!

Wait for phone...

bro i reboted almost 5 times and waiting about 30 minuts or more but still same

Let phone be discharge fully. And charge it again
It will be normal as before.

i recoverd data using memory tool read user data after use ftk maneger to recover data manuly
