This is different SPFlash Tool versions. The DA files and other updates form newer versions of factory SPFlash Tool that's used in CM2.

Infinity products, unlike most others solution doesn't stupidly use SPFT libraries, as GUI between SPFT and user.

Different versions need because DA loaders during updates may lost functions, have bugs, work incorrect with old models.
If you check update logs - you may find NOTES - they explain what and why.
Since we make complete testing and research, we like to completely inform users about all possible things, which can be happen, or not work, or can make problems and etc.

HSUSb off almost not require. Leave it ON.

WorkMode - just a different way to work with device. It used to override security stuff on some devices. For example with default mode you can't write back NVRAM in oppo F5, but in ADR - you can do that.

Use the newest base, except if you have a very old phone with Android 4.x.x then use the oldest Base. In Inferno Tool it was named Low or High Boot.
