Nokia 3 Latest .nb0 rom's :

NE1-147I (India) : NE1-147I-0-00WW-B02
NE1-215H (WW) : NE1-215H-0-00WW-B02

Download - HERE

Use Nokia BEST for flashing original .nb0 files,
or Unpacker for nb0 files and CM2MTK module ..

for flashing via CM2MTK module - DONT FORGET TO UNTICK preloader when flashing !!!

... and my mistake, it's not Android 8.0 flash file.

However, you can apply for beta testing android 8.x - HERE

Hopefully, if you get that android 8 rom file ... drop me a PM,
would like to checkit also.
