Please, try to flash phone with this software with VM621 flash file from support area.

I had flashed ot-600 to s621x firmware, It was T-Mobile firmware after flash phone stuck on Alcatel logo, I did flash with other file now it is dead, can you give correct flash file for this model ?

P.S. It is aslo virgin mobile.

It's beta solution, need to test it and see what will be the results.
Please, try to unlock phone with this new software:

It is no need to flash phone, just use "SP-Unlock" button from software "Service" page.
