help, how to detect the phone using infinity box.

here's the log...

Checking data, wait...
Boot ...
Phone should be Switched OFF !
Press Power button now !

________________________________

the phone is switch off after i press power on,
no responce from the software and the phone power up.
need help...

check cable maybe bad conexion

note;hold power botton till process finish

Hello,

If software can not detect phone at all this means that you have problems with cable, you need to double check cable first.

Maybe new version.
What's the date printed on back , near antena side ?

Hello,
Phones with new version can be connected to software but can not boot completely, but in current situation there is no any connection at all so it's not a new version problem but it's a cable problem.
