Sir. my pinfinder can show me voltage 4.0mpr on meter but while formating mobile not get on even can not find pinout of that mobile y

hello!

in case of pinfinder low output voltage you must remove diode in main infinity box.
if phone still can not be powered On- set capacitor.
pictures how to do this you can find in pinfinder user manual

your mobile i think short there for your pinfinder creat problum. so chack your mobile and chack again.
