looks like very rare model A960 with 18pin connector.
are you sure it is MT processor based? Also have you opened phone and looked for marked test points on PCB?

i have two model one is a950 or sec is a960 both are dead condition and i m also check pcb i m cantt find marked pinout

in this case as long as nobody helping with pinout i would advice you to find it by yourself.
just measure voltage on all pins and then reffer to this tutorial:

this is easy 10min job

first of all make full backup of phone firmware for emergecy case.
after this make format FFS in safe mode
later, if will not help- make FFS format in complete mode, using this "standart address"
