Here is the pinout for Hintel
3, 7, 19 - GND
20 - Vcc
9 - RX
13 - TX

not working, i used onely tx,rx and gnd, should i use vcc?

infinity, chinese soft, why is there other softs!!

Yes there are so many softs.For example I use Format Fat software for A203,N203 models.

For "Format" operation pinout will be the same for any software.
You can use Infinity-Box two "format" options: "complete" and "safe" and bothoptions should be used with the same pinout.
Only "Imei" option can be used with other pinout (ordinary USB data/modem cable and USB drivers).

so dificult to find the right pinout, i think format will solve my problem, the phone hang and restart with sim card

no it is not working . tx rx is not correct

@a203 keypad up left 1 to .... 3 and 4 are tx and rx

Due to a lot of different models with the same name but absolutely different hardware,
bottom connectors and different pinouts we recommend you to make detailed description of model,
attach phone photo, phone bottom connector photo and information about Gnd and Charge pins on phone bottom connector.

If pinout is wrong always change the places of RX and TX.

I agree with you but this soft formats phone when the phone is powered on :)
Would be great if you could add this option to your software too
