Yes there are so many softs.For example I use Format Fat software for A203,N203 models.

For "Format" operation pinout will be the same for any software.
You can use Infinity-Box two "format" options: "complete" and "safe" and bothoptions should be used with the same pinout.
Only "Imei" option can be used with other pinout (ordinary USB data/modem cable and USB drivers).

so dificult to find the right pinout, i think format will solve my problem, the phone hang and restart with sim card

@a203 keypad up left 1 to .... 3 and 4 are tx and rx its 100% woring if not work swap rx and tx ok best of luck

I agree with you but this soft formats phone when the phone is powered on
Would be great if you could add this option to your software too
