Please Help me, Infinity Team

Hy to all, I have a Infinity Box since 3 months but almost allways I have one problem with it: when I want to unlock a phone nothing happents.I connect the phone(off) to tha box I press power button but nothing it´s happent.Please help me with this.It´s not the first phone which I try it to unlock with infinity but allways the same problem.The cables are ok.

Here is the log:

Have you check you driver installatoin.Reinstal the drivers.And see whether it will connect.

check your phone may be not connected due to hardware problem

The phone conected with usb cable, even with cable from the box, but the box can´t see it.

Mostly 99% operation u need to Do Operation on Fbus
Connect Phone To Infinity Rj-45 connector Using Fbus cable ,

cable and Pinout detail u found in Infinity Shell or in Main c:/ infinity box / documentation
