I have the same problem time ago and I have got this instruction from Infinity support: Philips-S200: How to repair Imei: 1. Power-On phone 2. Enter code *#3338913# 3. enable COM port: -> Device -> Set UART -> PS -> UART1/115200 4. Write Imei and imei was repaired ok  btw, similar instruction exist here http://www.atm-box.com/index.php?id=utilities |
