As I can see this phone has damaged hardware.
Try to rehot/reball flash chip and then try again.

no hardware is ok but phone flashed with gpgdragon with cnv file and phone is dead no

probably it was semi-dead flash chip and during write attempt bad block finally appeared

try this mathode
1-erase whole flash chip
2-write original backup file if have
3-if no have original backup find same working phone and read full flash
4-write readed good flash file and post result
