please Infinity box support more Philips models like 350 - 355 and so

i like to use Infinity box for a lot of models and today i got Philips 350 to do unlock but i can not do it by JAF becuase it is unsupported version .

and try another free software for it but with no success.

in case Infinity can support these models that will be so great to a lot of users.

How to get new model supported

Question: I have new phone model and I want to see this model supported by Infinity-Box. What to do ?

Answer:
1. open phone, find CPU chip and Flash chip
2. send e-mail to [email protected] with the next info:
2.1. CPU chip name
2.2. Flash chip name
2.3. phone bottom connector type (photo, if available)
2.4. Gnd, Charge, +Battery pins location on phone connector
2.5. full text from phone back label (label under battery)
2.6. phone photo (or link to phone photo)
2.7. is it sp-locked or simfree phone
2.8. is it exist original data/com/usb cable in phone package
2.9. is it exist CD with original drivers in phone package
2.10. estimated phone price
2.11. any additional information
We will check your information and will tell you is it possible to make support for this model or not.

BUT NEED OTHER NEW MODELS LIKE VODAFONE 710 / LG KE 260 .....................ECT THE LIST IT S BIG

i know that it is old model but we need to be supported by our great box

and only if we get free time then we can turn to old models

Everybody wants and likes if INFINITYBOX supports many models from day to day.
and

it's easy to say add add add this model and this model

but

Do you know that 90% of the platform PHILIPS / SENDO / ALCATEL based PHILIPS is more complicated than other platform , the slightest mistake or the fall of the battery during the flash makes your phone totaly dead and you can't connect it with normal RX/TX/GND , the one solution is to connect and revive it is JTAG MODE VPP/TX/RX/TMS/TCK/TDI/TDO/GND . and i think This is impossible with Universal box connection . and you can see it here on gsm city that all the box who support this platform is dead (REDBOX/R-VOLUME/DELOK/CHAMPION/THUNDERSTORM) except the multibox by what she uses the JATG BOOT RESTORE MODE ........

it's only my opinion :)

The main reason that we don't want to support old models not becaue these models may be easy killed but because all brands that was listed is near death. Just compare number of Sendo/Philips/Alcatel phones on market with other brands.
Sendo and Philips has zero market positions, so even if we will make solution for it you will use this solution one time per months, so better we concentrate on more useful solutions.
Probably Alcatel has more success on market, but for latest Alcatel nobody has good solutions (even boxes who told that they specialized in Alcatel).
F.e. how about Alcatel C701, C825 etc. unlock/flashing ? We can unlock/flash/repair these phones, but we can make it now only locally in our laboratory with special equipment. And you can see that nobody else has this kind of solutions. And we are working and trying to make this solution easy-to-use for our users.
It's just an example, but you can see that we are trying to do the best to support our product.
of course we has many other examples, but let me be little bit silent about it now.
