Because Vivo mobile have unic fastboot commande to reboot in edl mode

restart to edl mode in fastboot mode can't enter to edl mode juste normal restart but if

power off

vol+ and vol - and usb he boot to mode 9006 then the problem is not edl or fastboot but other thing, for that i asked to infinity cmé qualcomm to found a solution to read/write/imei/unlock/network fix .......
