please need help from infinity team support


pb that i can t acces to support..solve my pb soon..


this my box id

Dongle serial No (S/N): xxx
Firmware version: 0112.02
Smart-card status: activated
"UK edition" status: On
Last launched application: 000B v.0148
Additional activated modules:
- 04: Pin-Finder Adapter
- Username: xxxx
- Password: xxxxxxx
Dongle parameters checksum: 68347C

blocked now for 2 weeks due to it was repeated many times: please, never post
your dongle details in public forum
, you have an e-mail address (you can see it

Hello,

How to fix problems with support area:

1. Try to login in support area again
2. Read error messages very carefully and follow by advices that you can see in support area
3. Try to login in another support area mirror
4. Read error messages very carefully and follow by advices that you can see in support area

If you are sure that you have read and understand everything that was written in support area well but problem still exist please, follow the next instruction:

1. Run DongleManager
2. Make "Read S/N" operation
3. Copy text with full dongle details from DongleManager and send dongle details (and detailed problem description) to
[email protected] so we will be able to check what is wrong.

Don't forget to include in your mail detailed information what is the problem with your dongle.

hope tha this pb will be soved soon...sorry 4 my-------- total ignorance of all our request and advices------- as y say

i Copy text with full dongle details from DongleManager and i send it to
[email protected]

waiting 4 reply..when i try to acces to support i recive this message using all mirror

1. Information for all users: never share your dongle details (S/N, support area login, password etc.) with anyone !
In case of public sharing of your dongle details and/or files from support area (as well as unproper files usage) your account to support area may be suspended and dongle may be blocked !
2. All files in support area is virus free. If you see false virus alert wi
