Run DongleManager 2. Make "Read S/N" operation 3. Copy text with full dongle details from DongleManager and send dongle details (and detailed problem description) to [email protected] so we will be able to check what is wrong. Don't forget to include in your mail detailed information what is the problem with your dongle. | |

Information for all users: never share your dongle details (S/N, support area login, password etc.) with anyone ! In case of public sharing of your dongle details and/or files from support area (as well as unproper files usage) your account to support area may be suspended and dongle may be blocked ! 2.
