Connection Problem - GSM-Forum

Hello.

I have bought an Infinity Box.
I installed all drivers and softwares.

But i have a problem with connection to my phones.

Sony Ericsson:

COM6 [VCP0] selected
Action: unlock
"rebuild" activated
Device: Sony-Ericsson J100
Checking data, wait...
Connect...
Press and HOLD Power button...
connection mode: 00

LG:

COM6 [VCP0] selected
Device: LG KG130
Checking data, wait...
advanced flash detection active
Action: unlock
Boot...
Phone must be POWERED-OFF !
Press and HOLD Power button !
error: unexpected answer during boot procedure
Boot Fail
error: no any expected answer
Finished, time used: 30 sec
Remove/Install battery now !

When i HOLD the power button then the phone will turn on.

Where is my failure?

hello!

did you set com port properly?
looks like comport or cable fault

how do you mean?

i did nothing.
i installed all and run the program.

you must select com port on settings Tab
what value is there now?

hi
use cruiser cable with 3v and select that port,
set connection methode version use 3 or 4 ..
ur problem solve

i have cruiser cabel but i do not know how to use it.
