when I power on, yellow bar starts & stops at 100% & it stucks there it stays in that position only.I tried to complete format fss it completes operation but symptom is still same.what should I do?I am giving logs as follows.

Bro this time if Formatting not doing the Good for ur Phone then u need to wait a little .. cozz u have the Phone with Mt6228 Chip type... and no flash files there ... may be u can ask someone to make backup for u and then write this backup to ur phone... .and dont forget to make backups,..

You can try to flash your phone with firmware from support area, but pleas, make the next steps before flashing:

1. send file to backup_system_log_27EADFDB_RATECH28_06A_PCB04_GPRS _MT6228_S02.R2000_AB_01_1_0T01S0827.BIN_B38E5A59_2 0071217-170634.B4X.bin [email protected]
2. read "Firmware" from your phone and send to [email protected]
