What was the initial error (before your account become suspended) ?

Yes, I see now that you do not want to show original error that was given by Dongle Manager software.
it is sad to see that you do not show it.

Hello,

We are very sad to say, but your smart-card keys is damaged and card can not be upgraded anymore.
Smart card access keys work same way as SIM card PIN code. Once all attempts is used up- card is blocked.
The reason of used up keys is running on your PC harmful software. This soft tried to access our card and made it blocked.
Please see attached picture jaf_card_damage_marked.jpg, this could be one of reasons for this.
As long as your box cannot be upgraded anymore- only current infinity programs will continue to work.
New updates (Like MModule 3.18), which will require box upgrade- will not work.

Hello Dear Friend,

Yes, I agree, let's ask us help via mail, then post the same questions and our answers in forum. This helps us to save time, let's other people see solutions too.
So, here is explanation:


It is not possible to upgrade this smart-card any more. You can use old
Infinity-Box software as before, but new software (that should be used
with new box firmware) can not be started.
