dear team members i have infinity box with infinity pin finder and i need LG user manual how to unlock the lg phones and how to format the lg phone and how to reset the users code thanx for share of this info.

Hello,

How to unlock:
1. connect cable
2. run software
3. select model KG195
4. go to software "Service" page
5. press "sp-unlock" button and follow instruction given by software

How to format and flash: try to make unlock first, you will see that other procedures is quite easy too.
