Infinity Support Please Help

Respected Infinity Team,
I was using my infinity box from past 6 years and i recently activated cm2 activation.. but from last 7 days my box was not working ..it was showing "dongle not found" i checked drivers and all..everything was working perfect and i checked my shop neighbour inifinity box..it was working good on my system..i made a check to reseller. he said me that the smart card is not working anymore ... can you please help me.

Hello,
Try this-
Remove Smart-Card from Smart-Card Reader, very gently clean Smart-Card contacts, insert Smart-Card back
- Open box and check that Smart-Card Reader is not damaged and all Smart-Card Reader contacts soldered to PCB well
- Try to insert smart-card in any other box that use Smart-Card Reader (f.e. SETool etc.)

As per your instructions i did sir.. but still the same.. i m attaching pictures of both smart card and box and i tried also in se tool and infinity best dongle too.

U can Test self,Put card in any Best Dongle uni key Reader and Run Software

My Smartcard is automatically Dead ( I Tried all the procedures prescribed by product supporters Unfortunately i didn't succeed. anyways i think i have to go for new activation again

if you hve additional activations on your damaged card - we can move it to new card.

We can move only this way:
Infinity BOX <-> Infinity BOX
[BEST] <-> [BEST]
CDMA <-> CDMA

Sir i used to use to old infinity & infinity cm2 on main infinity box
and i use best on best dongle.
It would be greatness of infinity team if they can activate cm2 on infinity best dongle.
