hi friend its one off this ???? else go to C:/prog files/infinity/pinout and do surch(n95).....you will fins more picture with ther pinouts

1- connector type((12pins or 5 pins....))
2-the gnd pin location ((gnd in pin 1 or in pin 2 .....))

connector type = 5 pins

gnd = pin2

hello!

most 5pin n95 uses test points on PCB.
try pin 3/4 as datalines in both variants:
3 as tx, 4 as rx
3 as rx, 4 as tx.
if will not work make good resolution photo of PCB so we could see test points and advice you them

GND pin is on correct place?
change places (swap) tx and rx wires and try to connect again
