Pop C7 - hang on logo, now dead after flash.

Phone came hangig on logo.
Factory reset did not helped and no other option for reset from CMT.

I used for flashing a firmware with which i've revived several POP C7 before.

Phone is dead, and CMT give's an error at verify stage. The question are:
1. Has the phone a hardware issue?
2. I did something wrong?

Here's the log:

======= Flash
1. Power Off Phone , Remove battery , Insert back
2. Insert USB cable. In some cases require hold BootKey
