I am very sorry for this kind of issue ! @Laelo_Support Please do not apply any kind of the same methods for users in future because users do not make anything wrong. They are trying to repeat operation only in case of problems. If users make the same operation for the same unit again and again in most cases it means user has a problem and probably it's a problem at user side with drivers or problem with Internet connection or some kind of software issue. |

Have you seen any messages like "phone already unlocked" during your repeated unlock attempts ? |
