Problem with Spice S600

Hello to all,

I have a problem with Spice S600 phone.
I download the flash file frm support area & try to flash this file on the phone.
Phone take flashing OK & power up the phone but when i go to profile it show all ringtone empty.
Also format the phone but same...!

It is need to press and HOLD phone "Power" button
during long time (up to 1 min) to make phone Powered-On !

After flash & Format phone still same......Not show any ringtone in profile not even default tones

Did you tried to flash phone with repair eeprom files ?
What was the problem with phone before flash ?

Before flash the set phone is infected with virus (Restart some time not too......but work fine) that's why i use to format ffs the set.
Phone took ffs complete bet after power on the set profile is empty.
Then i decided to flash this set (i flash the set with both version uploaded in support)
Also i can't find eeprom file for this set in support area.
After flash the set phone is same condition before i flash.
