i try to unlock panasonic x500 user lock the program say phone not power on and something else any body on how to unlock x500 thanks

Be sure that phone is in power on state.

For X500 you need to use "G60" cable.

btw, did you checked link that I have posted in my previous message ?

I don't think that it's hard just to open cable connector and check that all wires is on correct place. Also I think it's not hard to enter in phone easy code and tell me about result. Why you asked how to enter code if you don't want to try it and inform me what's happen ?

please it is like there is no g60 cable that comes with my box but i have come accross this cable on my universal box can i use that cable to unlock this fone thank u

but to be sure in success, please, open cable connector and compare pinout with my picture (attached before).

ok i finally got the cable the fone is key pad lock i unlock using usercod evrything runs normal but the kepad is still lock do i need to flash the fone thank u
