Problem wit my Dongle Help


Hello, its been about 5 months that i re-instal my box back, because i was for a working trip. I came back in my country e retry to instal it back.

Hello,

1. What is your Box type ? is it Main Infinity-Box or BEST or CDMA ?
2. Have you installed drivers from support area ?

1. The type of box i have is a Zilver color whitout any logo ( I think is the Main Box)

Hello,

1. Read Box details with DongleManager

- Download "DongleManager" software
http://server1.infinity-box.biz/down...gleManager.rar

- Run DongleManager.exe

- Select "Infinity-Box" or "BEST Tool" or "CDMA Tool" (depends on your Box/Dongle type)

- Read Box/Dongle serial number (S/N)

- Send problem description and full text with Box/Dongle details to [email protected]

Please, do not send screenshot/pictures, just copy/paste text from software window to your message !


2. If you can not read S/N from Box with DongleManager follow the next instruction:

- Download http://server1.infinity-box.biz/down...ile=CardID.rar
- Run CardID.exe
- Select Card-Reader
- Click to "Read" button

Send to us text from software log window.

Please, do not send screenshot/pictures, just copy/paste text from software window to your message !


DO NOT post any read data here, send results via e-mail !
