Problems with my Infinnity

Yesterday when I went to use my box to release a ZTE I realised it was not recorded in any given COM, as it did before ... I also maintained led to RX and TX were lit as something constantly transmitting and receiving .

Someone has an idea of what may be happening to me. Thank you in advance

@imam

I have reinstalled the driver on my PC; installed until the other and I am continuing the problem. UD Excuse my ignorance and fear not sinning by naive, what does it mean FTDI? Will the SIM?.

As I listened FTDI in acronyms is Future Device Technology International

Hello,

Reseller can not helps in this situation because in most cases damaged FTDI chip is a result ow wrong connected wires from box to phone and as a result box is damaged.
