hi i'm having troubles with alcatel models like 360A and ot303 I did imei repair and sp unlock but after 2 days the phone returned because is locked for all operators i did sp unlock again and the phone works fine again but today i have the same phone here for the same problem i did again sp unlock and the phone is fine again but after 2 days will come back ??

today i uninstalled infinity and reinstall InfinitySetupMain_v2.18a
i will unlock the phone again and will inform after 3 days

i dont find edit to edit my previus post.

pd: this is the 360

Yes im faced same problem on ot360a and ot383a,After imei change and unlock phone working fine,
but phones became locked sometime later.
Im doing only imei repair whitout unlock but still the same.
Please check it.

ALSO i had the same problem with a 383 after unlock the phone returned locked but after the second sp unlock the phone was not returned, i dont know if the phone works fine or if the customer take it to the other side.

about the 303 the client was angry and he took the phone and asked for their money.

PD. in this moment i have in my hands the 360. im waiting the third day.

I receive Ot-303 relock, after unlock . i just format phone with new alcatel format methode ( *#power ) and work fine , since he no come then i think it's work .

I have same problem with Alcatel OT-303x MTS Ukraine. Phone is locked after few days again

i did this today with a 360 that was relock and now is working fine i will wait the 3 days.

The problem is that the problem appear not right after operation., but in some time, so it's quite hard to make detailed tests.

Im doing only imei repair whitout unlock but still the same. Please check it.
