It is ok for semi-dead IC's come to readonly after flashing.
"Working" : not save photo, calls and etc after reboot and rest - if it is "working", then yes, we can call it "working".

i have no backup and set is going sleep mode

There is not help any backup. It end of eMMC hw resource.
