STEP 1: go to folder C:\InfinityBox\CM2MT2\ or C:\InfinityBox\CM2SP2\
STEP 2: find file fault.bin
STEP 3: upload file to https://mega.nz/ and post link

please in future do not delete fault.bin file because this file has an information about OS incompatibility. Once you deleted it we have to make a hard process to detect a problem reason, follow it now:

STEP 1: Download and run Sysinternals Process Explorer - https://download.sysinternals.com/fi...ssExplorer.zip
STEP 2: Run procexp64.exe
STEP 3: go to menu File -> Save
STEP 4: Save file
STEP 5: Copy/paste file content here

Just for your info: in case of failure software create file with name fault.bin
that file has information how to solve the problem
very often users delete that file with hope to hide the truth and after that they say "it was no file created, I swear".
Of course your case is not the same as described and you never deleted that file ! You are experienced user and you say only truth !
I trust you friend, now you can update dongle firmware, if you are lucky your dongle will be repaired.

Of course your case is not the same as described and you never deleted that file ! You are experienced user and you say only truth !
