Qmobile i7i Format Done By CM2

Set mode to : [AltLDR] SP [SC773x] eMMC [Android 5.x]

Operation : Format File System / Reset Settings [ v1.27 ]
Settings : SmartFormat is On

1. Remove battery. Insert battery back
2. Press and hold 'VolumeUp' and 'VolumeDown' keys
 -> Alternative : just ONE 'VolumeUp' or 'VolumeDown' key 
3. Insert cable

i have try on more then 3 phone with different firmware but not success.
only this problem i face with i7i other spd phone read write format etc ok.
any body tell me how can i fix this?

there are 2 prject version and not compitble with each other
