after this every opration shows 2 infecte files.

Use search. That "problem" explained in details.
Smart AV made to use ONCE time. Next one and after other 9000 try change nothing at all.

Looks like you read my posts before, because I told EXACTLY same.
And, if you read more - will find one funny thing - CM2 use COMPLETELY other way. It not perfect , and it can't be perfect, but it work and remove viruses not depending on their names and types.
